All services are out & according to My Spectrum app, they're down for "PLANNED MAINTENANCE". If these outages are "planned", how about notifying us IN ADVANCE? Text, email, smoke signals... It's always overnights. Start screwing w/ the daytime people.@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum
